Changes in the SIBUR Holding's shareholding structure

Moscow, 28 April 2017PJSC SIBUR Holding (the “Company”) was notified of several transactions with its shares made on 25–27 April 2017:

- OOO Trust acquired 17% of the Company’s shares from OOO Yauza 12 and increased its stake in OOO OleFinInvest, the owner of 34.08% of the Company’s shares, up to 99.9%;

- Gennady Timchenko exited from OleFinInvest having received his stake in the Company into direct ownership, and further increased it by 2.7%.

Leonid Mikhelson, Chairman of SIBUR's Board of Directors, commented:

“SIBUR is one of the fastest growing petrochemical companies globally. We are successfully implementing a number of large-scale investment projects and have a long-term development strategy in place.

The acquisition of the additional stake is driven by our plans to attract new partners and build up the Company's industrial potential.”

As a result of the above transactions, the current beneficial ownership structure of PJSC SIBUR Holding is as follows:

  • Leonid Mikhelson – 48.5%
  • Gennady Timchenko – 17.0%
  • Current and former managers of PJSC SIBUR Holding – 10.6%
  • Sinopec –10%
  • The Silk Road Fund – 10%
  • Kirill Shamalov – 3.9%
